Return Policy For Frontier Cutlery
At Frontier Cutlery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team via email or through our contact form to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Prepare Your Return: Ensure the item is in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and any promotional items included.
- Ship the Item Back: Once you have the RA number, ship the item to the address provided by customer support. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund Process:
- Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Important Notes:
- Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Items returned without an RA number may not be processed.
- We do not accept returns for items that have been used, damaged, or altered.
